Unlined roof

I am considering lining my loft on the inside of the rafters to keep the dirt out and the heat in. My roof is not lined (no felt behind the tiles). Lining the roof in this way will leave a 100mm gap between the back of the tiles and the new lining (therma wrap), is this likely to cause tiles to lift in strong winds, or any other problems?

Thanks for the advice - The work is underway and all my tiles are still in place even after strongish winds.

Regards,

Adrain.
