unlocking ip wireless camera

I bought a wireless ip camera from Maplin today, but somehow during setup, I have been locked out from logging onto the ip.

I've already deinstalled from and reinstalled software to my pc, but this has not undone the lock out. The manual which is confusing to say the least, is no help.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can reset so that I can start all over again?

Hello, Have a look on the camera to see if there’s a reset button. The type you need a pen or a paper clip to push it, because its in a hole.

It would help if you said what the make and model is.
