Not a formal test, but I have a number of those (not sure if same branding) which have been in service for a few years (for relatively small loads). They look OK, are easy to wire and none have given me any trouble. They bear BS1363 and BS5733 markings. I'm not sure I would want to use them for anything approaching 13A loads, but not for any specific reason.
The only potential problem of which I'm aware is that they really need to be plugged in somewhere where they're not like to be knocked. As you can see from the pic, the switch 'rocker' is very large, and it takes only the slightest of touches to operate it.

Pretty high rate of inflation!
It's a product whose regular price seems to be about £5 but regulally goes on special offer for a lot less.
