A slightly unusual question (I think) if I may please ?
I spend a lot of time in my home office and sometimes the Good Lady needs me to help her with various things but she is usually in another room. At the moment she has to walk to the office and inform me personally and it is a bit of a nuisance for her. All I need is some sort of arrangement whereby she can press a button on some sort of gizmo that would activate a light in my office and whenever I saw that I would know that I have to go and find her and see what she needs.
It’s not something that she would want to have to carry around with her all the time, just something that could sit on a surface that was cordless that she could walk to rather than having to come all the way to the office. I know she could ‘phone me on her mobile but I wanted something simpler than that, just something where you press a button on something in one room and it brings a light on in another. A small torch-light thing would do the trick.
Thanks in advance for any ideas/leads etc.
Thanks in advance for any help and/or advice.
