Hi
I've moved into a new build recently and want to change the light fittings, there is a double switch on the wall, each switch operates 2 lights

I've uploaded images to an album not sure how to post in the thread??

the new lights only have L/N/E connections

From your pictures, all you need to do is switch off the power, remove the existing pendants and fit the blue wires to the N terminal of the new light fittings, the brown wires to the L terminal, and the green/yellow wires to the E terminal.

The other terminals in your pendant fittings are not being used so there would not appear to be any loop-in-loop-out or switch connections to worry about.

thank you both

I've just finished the 4 ceiling roses and they all work fine :)

I had seen the diagram you linked to ban-all-sheds but as I've never done anything like this before I wanted to fully understand the wiring on the old ceiling roses before I started
