Unvented cylinder leak

Hi all,

There is water continuously dripping through the tundish and now leaking out of the part below.

Anyone had this before and know what the fix could be.

Looks like one of your safety valves is venting. If it was me, I’d switch my hot water off and get an unvented plumber in.
 
Yup, chances are it's down to an expansion vessel issue and the Pressure Relief Valve is passing, when was it last serviced?

As @Mottie suggests, time to get a qualified unvented engineer in ..... getting it serviced should correct the issue(s).
