What brand might this be?

It was described to us as being the above with the expansion chamber being a separate unit, football size and shape that sits near the cylinder but isn't part of it. Apparently it makes servicing and restoring the air bubble much easier.

Thanks!

Strange what some people come away with. Ask the person if he is qualified to fit this type of cylinder and ask for visual of card.

Makes no difference which one is fitted or incorporated.

Surely a megaflow traditionally has an INTERNAL expansion bubble? As do many of the other brands? I am aware you can fit an external expansion chamber to such systems (and thus increase your cylinder capacity) but the system we were told about (but no brand name given) is apparently designed to have an external expansion chamber, not an internal bubble.

there is no air bubble to maintain. Most manufacturers make a version with external expansion aswell as a bubble top. You can flood a bubble top or neglect it to achieve the same effect (over time).

Oso now do a nice jigged cylinder with all pipework prejigged on toip and two EV's that sit on top like kidneys. I'd look into that, duue to neatness and economies of labour.
