I'm looking to replace my old, traditional boiler with a completely new system. I've narrowed it down to the following..

Unvented system (Mega flo, Titan Flomaster) with a system boiler or
Thermal store (Gledhill Boilermate) with a system boiler

I'm being blinded by facts, figures etc. I just want to know which of the above is best.

PS Whichever I choose, it will be fitted by an approved fitter.

Big debate about relative merits of unvented cylinders versus thermal stores. Best to visit this forum if you want to go through the pros and cons ad nauseam. Do a search on thermal stores .

Ad nauseam is about right! Be careful, the most belligerent protagonist there is inclined to focus on the theoretical and declare experience-based comments irrelevant.
You will need to establish the pressue and flow available from your mains, and what your capacity/flow requirements (usage) are.
