Thanks for all replies

Just spoke to plumber again and decided to go with 35kw ideal combi. I was initially against a combi due to reliability and didn't want shower going cold when other taps are turned on. But it comes with a 5 year guarantee and been told flow will 14.5 l/min through boiler.

That's good of your plumber but did he bother to measure the dynamic flow rate available from your mains?

Or did he just read that on the boiler spec list?

Does he even know what a dynamic flow rate is ???

We have five Logic+ boilers on the books. Four of them have broken down at some point, one of them twice. You makes your choice, you takes your chances...
