Well it depends on what you're referring to. Is it the slightly ajar lid that covers the electrics that should be closed, the possible leaks at the bottom of some of the copper pipes that look like leaks that you could have felt for, the convoluted pipework, or somethings that we're missing.
1) Close the isolator(s) and watch the heated water expand.
2) Exposed live electrics.
3) The drips are condensation on the discharge pipe and the CWM supply - it's got cold mains water running through it as the expansion vessel is not holding pressure and the PRV has opened - but you wouldn't know that because the discharge pipe has a direct connection to the waste with no tundish.
I'm trying to think of any other faults it would be possible to incorporate into the install!
