I have used OpenOffice 3.2 for many years, but now that I have got around to updating it I find that simple updating is no longer possible and I must install a completely new version.
Should I install this before or after removing the old type? Is there likely to be any conflict from shared files etc? I am no computer expert and don't want to upset a program which I use daily!
