Upgrading from old Drayton/Honeywell to EvoHome - confused over what I need

I'm looking at going the EvoHome route and installing TRV's on all the radiators and replacing the Drayton systemI have.

First would be to work out how the current system works and then what evohome kit I need.

I have a Drayton LP522 with a Honeywell L641A1039 connected to the hot water cylinder, and a Honeywell R6660D Relay Receiver / HCW80 Wireless Room Thermostat.

Also don't have any TRV's - they are the old manual value type:

When changing over to EvoHome do I replace the LP522 and R6660D / HCW80? (So only keep the L641A103?)

Looking at a Evohome starter kit for example includes:
1 x Honeywell evohome Wi-Fi Connected Controller (ATC928G3000 Model 2024)
1 x BDR91 Wireless Relay Box
8 x Honeywell Home evohome HR92 Radiator Controllers

Do I need the BDR91 or can I use my existing R6660D?

Also since I need to install TRV's do I go with the HR92 + buy new TRV's or look at installing something else?

Is this a job for a DIY'er? I've relatively handy with wiring up stuff so unless it's a really complex/difficult job I would prefer to DIY.

Upgrade the receiver as I'm not sure th existing will be compatible with the Evo Home. Can be a job for DIY, but will be laborious.

Thanks. Probably a good idea to upgrade the receiver - will be far less troublesome in the far run.
