Hi

We have an old Mira 415 that is dripping constantly and not controlling temperature/flow very well. I'm certain it needs a new cartridge. Reading around on the internet it looks like there are two cartridges. Our doesn't have a thermostatic temp limit so a direct swap would be the grey one, part 902.91.

Does anyone know if I could replace it with the black cartridge (902.55) that has a temp limiter?

Are there any other parts that would need to change? i.e. does the knob come with the cartridge?

Thanks,
Higs

I believe you can just do a straight swap nothing else needed. However i dont work on mira all that much!

You will have to be careful that the hot and cold pipes are the right way round: cold on the right as viewed looking at the shower on the wall.

On some mira showers you can reverse the cartridge if hot is on the right.

Ring Mira for more information.
