Is there any way to remove scratches from a uPVC cill? Just had new window fitted and noticed today that the cill is scratched to buggery. I've just had a plasterer in to construct reveals, but don't know if its him or someone else. These are not just surface scratches, I can put the tip of my fingernail in!!
