It is really catching, we have done one of our own windows before so we are pretty reasonable when it comes to DIY. It used to only be a real problem in the summer but now it really is catching.

Is there a quick way to sort this out? I've tried googling and the only thing I found is based on t-hinges but I can't even be sure about that.

A detailed walkthrough would be great to try and DIY this.

I dont think there is much (if any) up and down adjustment on those hinges.

Assuming it is the handle side that has dropped, What you need to do is "toe and heel" the door.
Basically take out the top and side beads, Open the door a bit and lift it on the handle side, Then slide an extra packer in the top of the handle side (between the glass and frame).

Have a google and watch a couple of vids.

You will probably need between 2-4mm of packing.
