Upvc door hinges

Upvc door hinges. The multi point lock system has failed and door is stuck closed. Keys turning but not engaging. I now have to remove the door from the hinges but it's impossible to get to the grab screw that holds the hinge pin. ( The grab screws can only be accessed when door is open). Somebody help please.

That's the adjustment screw/Allen bolt which moves the pin sideways, if your lucky you MAY be able to knock the pins up, bottom one will be tricky though

Thanks for the reply. I tried knocking them with a flat screw driver and hammer, no movement because the grab screw is gripping the bolt that tight. It's a fine line between safety and maintenance.

which part of the mech has faile? Is it just stuck at the centre or are the top and bottom stuck too? Do you know if they are hooks or bolts?
