UPVC Door - not locking since weather improved

We had a backdoor replaced last year as part of a renovation with a new UPVC door.
It fit just fine when first fitted but since the weather got warmer it's been more and more reluctant to lock - now it's stopped altogether. It shuts ok, handle lift is a little tougher than previously but does seem to work - but the key will just not turn (turns fine with door open so not the actual lock mechanism).

A handyman suggested googling 'door dropped' but all the videos coming back seem to suggest the hinges should have torx/Allen key holes but they don't seem to.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Photo of one of the hinges here in case gives any clues...

Thanks,
Steve

Some hinges have an adjustment which is accessed from the top of the hinge, often covered by a plastic cap. Worth checking if it has one. There are two small Allen key screws on the body, have you tried those ? and the top and bottom screws on the door leaf of the hinge offer some adjustment to the seating of the door so check they are not loose.
Also this is probably not affecting the door issue but there is a unhealthy crack to the frame where the fitter has overtightened the fixing and that will only get worse i'm afraid.

Thank you - wish I could say that crack / overtightened fixing was the worst thing the "builder" had done to the house...

I'll have a look and see if there's removable cap on the hinges - thanks again.

If the door was fitted by a company get them back to do it..and at the same time look at that cracked frame. That's very poor to crack the frame like that... doesn't even look like it was countersunk. If it was the builder who fitted the door, I'd still be calling him up to sort it out
And a dead give away to check if its hinge adjustment you need .... as you pull the handle up try and slightly lift the door.
More I think about this.. if its a builder I bet that door isn't ' toe and heeled ' probably either

It was fitted by a builder who it turns out hadn't done a UPVC door before... I know, I know...

I have a specialist coming out to see if he can adjust or if needs be will remove the glazing and "repack" it apparently.
Hopefully can get it locking at least although no doubt the life of the door frame has been reduced a bit...

Builders who say 'I can fit that, I've done one before' is the bane of my life as a service engineer, it gets worse when they try and fit a set of bifolds, face palm!
