Help opening broken lock on UPVC door

Can anyone please help us open our UPVC backdoor?

It is multipoint lock where you raise the door handle to engage the top and bottom bolts and then turn the key to engage the central lock. It has been difficult to open the door for a couple of weeks and we noticed that the central lock was coming out of the door at an angle.

This morning the lock has failed completely and I am unable to turn the key fully.

The lock is a Mila and I assume that this has broken.

How do we get the door open to change it?

to open the french door, the specialist can help you...and u should try to open their bolt and nuts i think that could help you..
