uPVC door seal/gasket?

Hey guys,
I've had a uPVC front door for sometime and the seal around it has started falling apart and needs replacing

Could someone help me determine what type of gasket/seal this is? All I can find online is bubble gasket but this is thinner and flatter.

Any help would be appreciated!
