Question please, our front door was profesionally fitted, however after 5 yrs it only keeps out the weather drafts, after we pull up the handle as if we are going to lock it.
Is this right as we did not notice this problem over the last years!!!???

When you pull the door handle up in the locking mode, the door tend to pull in slightly. You can re-adjust the door latch on the frame or may need a new seal.
