upvc fascia boards

Hi all.
I am just about to start tiling my rear single storey lean to roof. A couple of questions if you can help on.
1. Is it best to fit the fascia boards and guttering before starting tiling or fit fascia gutter etc after tiling.

2. I am using marley fascia boards (about 25 foot in all along the length of the build roof). They come in 185mm height and 225mm....i think i need to have about 200mm height. Can i cut the 225mm to 200mm or is it a no-no?.

put the fascias on before tiling, and leave the guttering until last.

Yes you can cut the fascia down, jigsaw works well.
