UPVC frame measuring/fitting and what is deemed "ok" for clearance

Somebody with better eyesight might be able to confirm but to me it looks like you have a combination of aluminium spacer bar(the one with perforations running along it) and solid plastic warm edge spacer

Sounds about right. I noticed a scrape on the glass shortly after it was fitted so they replaced it with the "perf glaze bar" unit. I'm getting another four glazed units fitted this week, two that are too small but they fitted them anyway and didn't say anything, probably hoping I would not notice and two units they smashed (and refitted with no protection on the smashed glass) when they replaced the second replacement frame over eight weeks ago. Been waiting since beginning of April for the the two miss measured glazed units.

First pic of mick.inc (in the above post ) is plastic warm edge spcer ...second pic is most definetly Ali Spacer , far to shiny to be any warm edge spacer bar
