Upvc French door install help

Hi,

I have a upvc French door install and have watched many videos and threads on the topic.

However my french door has a seperate trickle vent head which is a seperate item from the frame and sill.

How do you fix this and in what order? Do you fix to the opening like the sill then fit the rest of the frame? Or do you fix to the frame first then to the opening?
