uPVC Max Door Size?

Hi all,

I'm trying to get a door made for my back garden door. The opening is 1150mm x 2070mm and I really want a single full-glass outward opening door to fill it. All of the online 'trade' retailers won't quote for a door this size and I've reached out to 3 suppliers directly and they all came back saying they couldn't make this.

Is there some sort of technical limitation here? It can't be the glass, because they will allow a sliding patio door pane up to ~1500mm in width. I can only assume either their tooling isn't set up for this, or there is a strength problem with the weight of door that size pulling on the frame.

Does anyone know of a windows/door supplier that will make me a single door this size?

Yes its a strength problem. Most go to 1m some might go to 1050mm, You could do a 1050mm door with 2x 50mm addons.
If you don't want to do that you will either need French doors or an aluminum door
