Question is can it be done? The Yale lock I have is fine except for the bottom roller which has part rusted away because some idiot did not fit the door properly such that rain gets in all the time. I have rectified the door fitting so and so drafts/rain do longer get in but would love to replace that roller rather than shelling out for a complete new lock.

You will only be able to replace is if it is an ' extension ' piece , other than that its built into the main ' rail '

Can't do pictures but the cam rollers do have slots across them which would accommodate a large flat blade screwdriver as far as I can see. I am loathe to try unscrewing the damaged one without knowing if I can obtain a replacement.
