Upvc query miss measure!

How bad is this and reason please? 20mm render then gap then plant (cut down length with hand saw) on then new frame the pic is left hand side of a bay, also should cills be fitted up to brickwork currently outside of render.
Original upvc was fitted up to brickwork with 5mm backers

I've seen a lot worse to be honest, the installer was trying his hardest with the measurements so as not to have to chop off your rendering to get a tighter fit, the other end with the horn cut against the render looks pretty tidy and well judged with the cut, again chopping off the render just so the horn can touch the brick is just creating more making good because you'll never match the rendering and textured paint

Was to get render repair regardless, imo miss measured from inside plaster to plaster not brick to brick should be 10 mm overall.

I'm not actually sure what you are trying to say, well I do sort of .. you think it was measured internally , rather than externally? What's the 10mm go to do with it? The sentence doesnt actually make sense to me
You mention you are having the render repaired ( replaced fully ?) , did you tell the installer that at manufacturing survey? I agree with Crank here , i have seen much much worse

10 mm relates to total clearance overall should of made that clear. Render to be temporary patched. The window is short.

So you are saying the window is too narrow by 10mm? ( in your opinion ). We've not had any information on the height to know if its too short.
Have you spoken to the installer about this? Looking at the pictures a 10-20mm Addon on the.width would have sufficed.

No, 10mm is for expansion overall ie 5mm both sides, the actual frame should be behind render with no plant on, reveal not removed because it's short regardless, in this state you can even seal it
