I HAVE A UPVC WINDOW WITH A HANDLE THAT WILL NOT OPEN.USING THE KEY MAKES NO DIFFERENCE,I CAN REMOVE ONE SCREW OF THE HANDLE BUT THE OTHER ONE IS COVERED BY THE HANDLE.ANY IDEAS AS TO HOW I CAN GET AT THE HIDDEN SCREW,THANKS.
