My Mum has upvc windows that won't fully close. When in the vent position the handles close fine but when in the fully closed position the handles stop about half an inch short of the vertical position and can't therefore be locked.
The mechanism moves fully when the window is opened. Anyone have any idea what may be wrong here and how I can fix it?
