URGENT PROGRAMMER HELP NEEDED

Currently got spraky in to move some sockets and heating controls around after knocking kitchen thru to dining room.

Got a problem with heating controls.

Drayton Tempus 7 programmer / manual thrmostat, Central Heating Pump / 3 way motorized valve.

Spark rewired programmer yesterday and at first wouldnt work at all.
Did it again and everything came on OK.

I got home from work last night and could not turn anything off with programmer. Boiler still firing / pump still running.
It all stopped when I removed programer from wall plate, so it seems that it has been wired so it is permantley live/on.

Any ideas, going home at luchtime to see if I can sort it out.

prog terminals:
L - supply in from mains
N - neutral from main
1 - HW off
2 - CH off (not normally used)
3 - HW on
4 - CH on

so you need to know where the other ends of wires go
