Basically I have a fair amount of Rapid Set Post Mix(Agregate
Industries) left over from doing my fence and I was wondering about
using it for the footings for 2 small walls. One being about 3 bricks
high as a base for a shed and the other being similar for a step onto
a patio.

Or should I just buy normal concrete?

Thanks

No reason while you can't use it. If you don't have enough then mix it in with some more cement/ballast.

Are there any issues with strength?

I dont want to use it then find it has cracked after a frost or something.

Frost is only a real problem for concrete while it's going off, so couple of days max. Quick, do it now before winter sets in

No, the walls you are building won't be affected by using it.
