Often I talk to black men who's maybe a delivery driver or a runs a shop. They call me "Boss"
I tell them I'm not your boss.

Are they being racist in suggesting I'm a slave trader?

I call them “boss man” no one cares round here.

All of these racism threads on here are simply vehicles for closet racists to do their, "Now, I'm no racist but..." thing without criticism. Their main enabling tactic is to call people snowflakes if they take the bait and object.
