i know its been covered but if anyone knows id be thankful for an answer.

ive taken someone to court for non payment, won and now that paymet is again overdue, the court say i can use thier bailifs and it will cost £100 im led to beleive that comes out of my pocket and cant charge customer for it......

so my Q is would i be better off hiring an outside firm? thius is my first port of call rather than ringing round 50,000 "heavies" as i thought at least someone would have a good idea which way i should turn with it.

The only people who can offically enforce the judgment and look to start removing goods are the court appointed baliffs.

Any other so called "Door Step Collection Agencies" have no power to enter premises and remove goods.

No sure as to who pays the baliffs fee but I always thought it was added to the amount the debtor owes.

And the 100.00 will be per visit to the debtor untill settled.
