Vailant Boiler Refill - Help Please

I have a vailant boiler that is showing low pressure (other than that it seems to be fine) so i guess its needs to be refilled. I have looked on multiple forums/you tube but cannot find a setup like mine so dont know which valves to turn. i have posted a few photos and would be really grateful if someone could explain which valves need to be turned.

look in your cylinder cuboard for a silver flex with 2 taps on,
