Hi all,

Had the boiler installed a couple of months ago. At the moment we are only using it for hotwater as i still have work to do on the Central Heating sys.

The boiler works fine except for one thing which im hoping someone could help me with.

Every 20-30 minutes the boiler will fire up for a few seconds then stops. According to the code displayed the boiler is apparently charging the tank. I've disabled the warm start/tank charging but just can't figure out why it keeps doing that. Any thoughts?

Can't help you there. What is the DHW delivery like? Bath filling, showers, etc?

DHW performance is brilliant, getting the same flow rate as the incoming mains, although im not using the tank charging feature at the moment - saving that for when the bathroom finished!

It may have to be disabled in the 'd' menu. Check your MI's.

I've gone through all the 'd' menu (1st and 2nd level) but can't find anything to disable it. the only thing i found it the pump overrun time for tank charging. i've also tried to 'unregister' the storage tank in d.92 but it always revert back to the default value.

What controller are you using?

Im not using any external controller at the moment.
