Hi,

I’m currently getting the below error messages and no hot water or heating. Can anyone help? (I first got the self test message and then after the F.72 error)

You need an engineer to replace the NTC ,it's a sensor basically.

Could be ntc faulty or could be a failure elsewhere. Is it a Combi boiler or system?
