Vaillant boiler - no central heating but I have hot water

Valliant Boiler - VCW 20/1 1t3w

I had to drain the central heating system, to move some CH pipes. When I connected the pipes back to the boiler and filled the system, the boiler heats hot water but not the central heating.

The pressure guage is 1-2 bar and the radiators have been bleed.

Can anyone help ?

(Also does anyone have any instuctions for this model of boiler ?)
