Vaillant Combi boiler VCW-T3W

I have a Vaillant Combi boiler VCW-T3W which fails to heat hot water correctly and central heating is just warm. I noticed that whenever hot water or central heating is turned on the gas flame is not as full as it normally is. Which explains why hot water or central heating is not hot.

Can anyone give the solution please?

It would seem to be a gas related matter and therefore a competent CORGI engineer is likely to be required.
