Vaillant compact 282 system boiler.

Called to see one yesterday. Fan was shot. Replaced same.

Boiler ran for about 12 seconds and then shuts down. Depowered and switched on again several times to see runtime getting longer to eventually stay running to demand.

Any suggestions guys?

This is the Combicompact with two square guages on the right minus the diverter valve and water section.
 
Water or condensation in APS tubes?

Damp on flame detection components?
