Vaillant Eco Tec Pro HE - whistling noise from start up

Hello,
We have a Vaillant boiler as above. It produces a very loud whistling noise from start-up for about 10mins and then runs normally. It has been inspected by a few engineers and this has been an ongoing problem for quite a while. .The last engineer can solve virtually anything, but this one has him stumpted. We don't want to start throwing parts at it and Vaillant technical hadn't a clue, so any contributions will be gratefully received..

A Vaillant fixed price repair may be the answer.

i had an ecoTec Pro develope a (trumpet) noise some years after installation.
I could not resolve the issue so advised the customer to call in Vaillant on a fixed pricer. It took three visits, including engineer plus area supervisor.

My time was not charged, and the customer payed Vaillant a fixed fee for a resolving the problem.

Unfortunately I never did learn the diagnosis and the resolution.
