Hi,
We have a Vaillant ecoTEC boiler, but the external remote control for the heating is not working. We are waiting for it to be replaced but in the meantime we want to be able to turn the heating on and off on demand. The instructions do not offer any guidance whatsoever. There is nothing obvious on the boiler, only the main ON/OFF button for the whole system.
It almost looks like there is no way of forcing the heating on manually and having it on, say, for an hour?
