Dave - did you manage to get this fixed? I have exactly the same problem. house won't get past 16 degrees and i've set it to 22.
Rads are warm, not hot. Boiler is showing s7 or s8 error codes
Any advise would be greatful, thanks.

S7 and S8 are not error codes they are status codes just telling you what stage the boiler is at error codes begin with F
