Vaillant Ecotec Pro 24 - Boiler doesnt stop heating

Hi,

I have a Vaillant Ecotec Pro 24 boiler. Tonight I noticed that the heating was constantly on and the boiler didn't stop working. I checked the codes on the display and nothing seemed to be wrong. S.0, S.31, S.4
Everything works fine I can see the temp change on the display but it just doesn't stop after reaching the set temperature. Keeps working and heating. For eg. I set 36 degs the boiler doesnt stop when the water temp reaches the 36 degs but keeps working, heating the water up and the radiators are very hot. Is there any chance to help me out and give an idea what part might be wrong?
