Terminal 3 is zone 1on
Terminal 4 is zone 1off

Also your earths (assuming they earths) are in terminal 1 not the earth connection bottom left.

Essentially you are a wire short

The problem could also be as bunny man pointed out

Either way wiring incorrect

You have wired it up as a hard wired si, have a look at the instructions for the tp5000rf, the rf is totally different wiring.

This it's what's differnt you havnt got a wire in terminal 4 for starters

I have wired hundreds of these. Can't figure out why they've used 7 cores and don't have enough you need one cable with 5 cores to the boiler simple
 
Have a look at page 7 on the link charnwood posted, the diagram RX1 is the one you want.

First thing you gotta do is identify what each wire does, chances are you have enough wires.
 
Well your stat is wired up correctly so the fault must be at the boiler end.
 
Number 4 isint used, in your stat it is heating off and take the earths out of number one and put them in a choc block but dont leave them there.
