Hi, I have a MyVaillant Connect Gateway plugged into the eBus port on the bottom of my EcoTec Plus boiler. I can see and adjust the heating/water from my phone OK. I'm trying to pair a SensoHOME physical thermostat to it, and it just keeps timing out. Any ideas? The system originally had a Honeywell wireless thermostat wired into the RT port on the main incoming supply port. The 24VRT loop was missing, so I put that back in. Am I missing anything? I've tried resetting everything, all firmware is up to date. Thanks!

Just ensure only one link exists in the RT connections. I’m thinking, maybe it thinks the old stat is there, I had that once.
