Vaillant EcoTec Pro28 Low Pressure

My boiler in the new house is showing 0.7 bar, which seems a bit low. Although it is still working, I'd like to increase the pressure back to the normal range.

How can I do this? I remember that the Worcester boiler in my old house had to be adjusted using a special key.

Looks like the braids below will do the job, the levers are black and hand operated.

Thank you. Tried to turn the 2 switches and the pressure rises to 1.5 bar now.
