The flue is roatated at the wrong angle. The black dot at the bottom of the flue should be at the side of the flue. This is possibly a contributing factor to the water coming down the air intake.

+1, also Vaillant state that the flue outlet of the plume management kit must face directly upwards, not to the side as that one does.
