Vaillant Programmable Thermostat

I'm having a new boiler, the Vaillant Ecotec Pro 28, installed in the coming weeks.

At the moment I have a Honeywell CM907 programmable thermostat, which I've asked the RGI to wire up to the new boiler.

I was wondering whether there would be any benefit in going for a Vaillant programmable thermostat such as the VRT230 or whether you would stick with the Honeywell?
