Vaillant sine 18 T3W Combi Gas Boiler DHW Problem

When turning DHW on will stay hot for a min or so then run cold then start to run warm again this happens every time we turn on
Any Ideas please what to look for
This boiler is 24 years old
 
Get a Vaillant expert in to look at the boiler. Great build quality even when compared to boilers made today.
