ignition indicator flashes on panel and boiler shuts down have to keep switch off and back on to reset happens when using hot water whilst heating is on has anyone got a solution to problem

Is it a turbomax with black plastic front or grey?

If it's black how far does the light sequence get or if it's grey does it have a fault code on display?
