Vaillant VCW242 Heat ex replacement

I'm going to a job to replace the HEX for the 1st time with this replacement kit, ive been told its like the krypton factor. Is there anything i should look out for whilst changing it as ive heard stories about the hybrid model
Any advice would be grateful
